Small Carlton Ware Art Deco green and gilt vase of geometric shape. Part of a dressing table set(see tray - stock no. 16 on this site). The small aperture would seem to suit storing Cartes de Visite (visiting cards were still quite common in the 1920s when this piece was made.)
Condition is excellent with only faint crazing to the green glaze.

Marked to base with an impressed number, printed mark for Carlton Ware and rare to find - a printed label for Carlton Ware.
